The main idea of this was to take away ranks such as cheerleaders and other ranks/positions which was making it all complicated. We simply want straight up 12 players who can manage themselves without a leader. We might make a cheerleader rank or something to that effect though, probably just something like "supporters".

The whole clan has a vote, and then they get accepted into an interview which is them playing 5 games and members spectating them, then after that they are put on trial. Yeah, it's gonna be difficult for new players to get accepted. ;3

Edit: There is no "leader" it's just a representative who manages the thread and deals with the public interactions and events for the clan, the representative also manages the thread so that automatically counts application management.

Yep, we do need mature elite players who can behave in the community and be skilled in all aspects of the game. Our goal is to be Elite it's not meant to be easy to get in. But Jake didn't put the interview process in the introduction? :/

Edit 2 : I live in Sydney (if you read my update post..l), not Singapore. Somehow I play better there than on AU. I guess I'm used to strafing with lag.
