What is a interview for moderator like?

I'm just curious to know what is it like to be in a interview to become a moderator is it scary. If you are one can you please describe what's like. I understand if you don't want to talk about it.

They ask you questions and you answer it to the best of your ability.

They really can't give out information of the interview because it's sort of a secret, as if you get chosen to do the interview you have to be ready for anything.

Like what sloppy sheep said, they mostly jut ask you questions. According to duckluv321, the questions asked can be about anything, from your app or not.

I'm probably assuming that the staff are really nice to their applicants. If your application was accepted, I don't think there is anything to be afraid of anymore.
