Does anyone know which person has the worst WL ratio? I stumbled upon someone who had 1 win in 1042 games....Which is a 0.0009 WL ratio xD

Elebits is the current active player with the best ratio, but there are hackers who have a better ratio and also this guy keemy99 has 73% w/l but its a glitch.
