First time flyer.

So, I will be flying for the first time soon within the next few weeks. Any recommendations/tips?
I know that I should be getting there 1-2 hours earlier than the flight time so I can be cleared by security.
The whole first-time flying thing is slightly stressing me out - probably for no good reason either...but figured I'd see how other people feel about flying.

Don't go to the bathroom on the plane
They usually don't allow electronics, so get comfy
The security is nice to me, but you never know how they act
Don't bring liquids, I have gotten in trouble for bring shampoo
Don't argue, makes everything harder, (Someone was sitting in my seat, literally a battle field to get him out)
Don't be scared, really don't, it will not crash

U can us electronics if there in airplane mode... Thts wht i do i download stuff on my phone or laptop and just watch while i fly . Oh abd btw dnt drink liquids if necessary ... I once threw up in a plane bathroom it stinked so bad

Right, you just can't use them during takeoff/landing at all (or at least that's what the policy is on most airlines).

Bringing along a Macbook and my iPhone - electronics certainly won't be a problem, haha. I may even try to get online if they have wifi onboard.

Yea gud idea sum airlines have wifi and yes when your taking off and landing u need to turn of your devices or else sum ladys gunna come yell at u like TURN DAT CELLPHONE OFF YOUNG MAN happened to me before she was a scary black women
