What recording software does everyone use that has a Mac?

Just wondering what to get I got Screenflow and when I try to record I just get a black screen?

I use screenflow, 100% fine.

I used Screenflow when I recorded on my Mac, had no problems.
Are you playing in fullscreen, not sure but that may be an issue.
Also make sure you're recording the monitor your playing on. (Assuming you have more than 1 monitor)
Having the newest version of Screenflow may help too.

Also does your screen turn black or is the recording black?

Anything I record comes up black and it's just the recording that turns black, I got the newest version and had no problems, but it gave me the demo so it has a watermark on it.
