It still happens a lot, and mostly when some one is able to get two hits on you and send you "flying" through the air, and thus rubberband you back.

Use an ethernet cable instead, they are beast! Sweden has excellent internet connection together with Belgium, Switzerland, Latvia, etc. (Random facts ftw)
