Don't Delete Moonlight!

I'm serious. After seeing about 3 threads advertising the rumor and 75% of the audience trying to get it off MCSG, I got really mad. I calmed down now, so listen to my opinion:


1. Moonlight clearly has a lot of work put into it, from the corn to the whole map design.
2. It gets picked more often then about 5 other maps, so why delete it?
3. Its a pretty fun map overall.


I don't care anymore. Its annoying listening to people whine their opinions about games saying "horribly built" "unfair" and all sorts of stuff. It got into MCSG for gods sake!


If MCSG goes through and deletes it (I hope they dont) MCSG is finished for me after my donor expires. If its deleted, then I can just learn to live without MCSG....

I really like this map and your point about it being voted more often than other maps is a very good one. Karmunrah, Asia Games, Insanity Cause etc. are NEVER voted.

So, Your point is that because the MCSG team decided to put it in, that makes it validated in the sense that the same MCSG team no longer has the right to remove it?

MCSG just can't win, can they?
They add Moonlight, everybody hates it.
They add more maps to make up for the hated maps, everyone wants less maps.
They plan to remove Moonlight, everyone decides to like it.
You guys are so indecisive and hard to please! .

Of course I'm kidding, you can never please everyone, but with that said, here's what you need to understand:
Majority rules, and the majority of people do not want it. For the few people who like it enough to speak out, it's nowhere near the amount of people who would rather it removed.

MCSG has to make executive decisions daily, and this is one of them.

Odds are, they'll follow through, and remove it.
I'm sorry, it sucks to lose a favorite map, but there are plenty of others to get used to .

I respect your opinion, I just don't agree with it .

This map was fun to play on and I agree that there are also maps like Insanity cause, Kharmunrah(If that's how you spell it) and Asia games. I think it is fair that the map is removed as the majority vote is what is considered by the MCSG team. If this map stays on, I feel sorry for Hungry Hills as it was a well built map with some actual terraforming in it. Good luck with your protest though, but don't keep your hopes too high.
