Oh yeah, let's also bring up that a while back, I actually punched a hole through my desktop monitor from raging so badly.

My hand still has cuts in it from that. >.>

Make sure you DON'T play for wins, just try out random stuff like fisting and backstabbing people. I find it hilariously to see them going off at you in the next lobby. But I never rage unless I'm fisted to death 7 games in a row. >.>

Don't play so seriously- socialize instead of trying to win.
No matter how you feel, say "gg c:" after you die. If you're still pissed, do what I do and lie on the floor like a starfish and think about how difficult it must be for starfish to flip over and that you shouldn't be mad since you're not a starfish that is forever stuck on its face on the lonely ocean floor.
... and then stuff your face with desserts.

or, go to another game, and kill the bujesis out of the first 10 people you see.
