I know I'm not Zeno, but I can answer your question.
There is no way to become moderator if you have been banned UNLESS you get the ban lifted. Correct me if I, wrong, but I'm 90% that's the rule. Sorry.

While that may be true, the ban requirement counts as any MCban, a ban on a server using the global bans plugin. You can check your ban status on this website: http://www.mcbans.com/
You need to create an account, verify it, then go to "My bans." It will list any MCBans that you have if any.

zeno do you know what a really good application is? I want to apply for mod when I turn 14. I have one mcban so far. I don't think that will qualify as a good app, will it? Btw i fulfill all other requirements. I'm sad because I was researching hacks to see how to beat hackers. I forgot to force update and I went on a server and I just sprinted out of spawn and by the time I realized I still had hacks... BANNED BY NO-CHEAT! Well sorry for making you read all that but I need help and you seem very nice from what I've seen in you vids . btw I'm subbed.(I'm not trying to suck up to you, I honestly enjoy your videos.)

If you are 14 you will need an excellent application, don't expect to get accepted just because you meet the age requirements. Plus your application will take a while to be reviewed as there are numerous applicants.

Shoot, I forgot abt that... I'm 13 :/. A very good application is fulfilling all of the requirements and having 0 bans right? What more would they need?

Whoa now, it's not that easy. They're careful to choose the right candidates, so it's a very long process. When writing your application, include plenty of details, and facts.
Additionally, if you're written application is accepted, (which can take upwards of 3 weeks), you need to complete an interview with the Sr. Staff as well.

They need A LOT more. The application has a template, in which you need to answer every single question to the best of your ability.
Also, if you're only 13, you cannot be accepted, as the rule is 14.
