I'm just wondering what kind of laptop ye guy's, how many fps ye get, and how much they cost.
I'm looking for a new laptop/computer (preferable a laptop) that's cheap and that's good.

If you're looking to be able to play MC with a good FPS, get a desktop. Laptops are only really good if you get a high end one, plus they usually start dying after 2 years. It all really depends on what your budget is.

Right now I have a sony all-in-one desktop that used to get about 50+ FPS before 1.5, but now it only gets about 30ish. And so I'm going to build my own PC for about $800 and I should get a few hundred FPS in-game and while recording.

Brand: Potato
RAM: 4 Potato
GPU: Potato Brown 250x
CPU: iPotato
FPS: 20

But yeah, as mentioned above, get a desktop. They last far longer than laptops, plus they are easy to upgrade, e.g. Graphics card. But not an All-in-one type, they count as laptops. You need a real desktop tower + monitor.
To get the best fps on any game, you'll be wanting an i5 @ 3.4 Ghz + 8GB RAM + Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 2GB + (optional) SSD.

Desktop Mac.
I love it (Yes, I love a Mac) but I absolutely hate the fact it's outdated >.<
I usually run on 65-75 FPS on normal render distance with OptiFine, so minecraft runs just fine, but most other programs don't, due to the fact it's super outdated :p

Don't get a mac if you are a gamer. Macs are for graphical things such as photoshop and film making. Windows is for gaming and 3D world rendering. (Of course, you can use windows for photoshop/film making, just saying what mac/windows was designed for)
Use can use a mac for gaming, but to upgrade the graphics card/ram is a nightmare.
