Depends. If they were to have better stuff, I would retreat into a narrow passage, get 1 full charged bow shot and quickly run in with the sword. If that doesn't mork, I'd retreat and do the same - maybe use the flint and steel this time. I don't run away - I retreat tactically.

Id run, then 180 bowshot followed by FnS, then strafe them like a boss until they die, Though it can be a waste of my FnS.
Depends on what gear I have though.
Edit: Pull out a gun and shoot then

Sometimes I run up a massive mountain, pull out my bow and do a 720 backspin no-scope because I can.
