The Great Pyramid

Hi everyone over the past couple of weeks i have been building a huge pyramid with some of the hardest puzzeles ever devised in minecraft lol. But whilst continuing to build this survival map i thought i would take the shell of the pyramid and make a survival games map out of it, with the cornucopia behing in the center of the pyramid. Here are some screen shots.

This pyramid is massive it tookme avery long time to make

These Next images are the puzzels inside the pyramid which would get taken out if made into a survival games map.

Because of the pyraid there could be lots of traps. If you like the idea then i will start making this straight away and if you have any ideas then please feel free to leave them bellow. Also due to the size the map the max players would probably 48.

Update: from middle to edge of glass the the map is 345 blocks could sombody work that out im bad at maths lol. The maps Diamater is 700 blocks

I like it. I could help build if you needed it. Also I never saw beds used that way, it looks great. There should be tons of chest after you pass the creeper pit though!

Thanks im going to get a basic layout for the map before i start inviting people to help, thanks though for the offer. Also i was going to remove the creeper pit for survival games map unless you think it would be gould as a little challenge.

I was kidding maybe less creepers though or not at all just make it really dark so mobs could spawn

Lol, you make me want to scrap my map I've been working on in the last couple of weeks... it was a desert tomb-like map that was basically a labyrinth with puzzles and parkour; then I saw your map. Wayyy moar epic.

Where are the stands/or where are they going to be?

Ha thanks man, the start will be in the center of the pyramid with a similar design as the 4 pic but a lot bigger, there also will be a dessert landscape on the outside with oasises dotted around the place.

Hmm, alright. Make sure that each of the starting platforms are even as they don't want people to get an unfair advantage, that's why the stands are usually in a circle so people get 2 players to each side.

Yep i Know here are a few screen shots of it but remember its still very early on and things can easily be changed.

Also this is the 24 player ring and i will be making a 48 player ring as well. Tell me what you think.

AHHHHHHHHHH i just realised that the center is off by two squares which ruins the symatry of the floor patten so now i have to move the circle over slightly, looks like im not of to bed for i bit lol

I like the idea but the cornacopia is not fair... It will have to be changed... Almost guarenteed.
