Huge problem, help please.

Not Minecraft related, but..

In my windows home screen, I can't move any icons/files. Whenever I try to move them, I click them, drag them to where I want it and then it just goes back to where it was.

This is insanely annoying, I can't move my stuff. :c

Help please, I fan.

Simple fix,
unplug your pc
Open your window, throw said pc out window.
Purchase a mac or a rasberry pi.
Problem solved.

It can happen if you use auto arrange, if it's enabled right click on your desktop, presss "View" and then select the other alternative below automatic sorting.
