Headphones

I am getting new everything gaming lately, and I have just about everything sorted out. One thing I cant decide on is my headphones. Most sets I get, the wire breaks within two months. I don't mean snaps, but I can only hear out of one side. I dont abuse them, they stay at my desk. But they still break. Any suggestions for good headphones that would last a while (like at least 8 months)?

I've had that same problem with all my headsets, headphones, and earbuds. Still not sure about it. Guess they jsut have a shelf life before the music destroys them from the inside? I don't even know.

I just got some new skullcandies about 2-3 days ago. They seem sturdy so far.

Excellent headphones, and a very good microphone (although it will pick up even quite background noise ) I've rolled over the cord with my chair that many times and had it for months, but it's very durable
