Flint and Steel

Has any one else noticed that since

v2 that flint and steels have become far more common and over powered? It seems that my self ad many others agree that flint and steels should only be found in tier two chests, as they can do up to 4 hearts of damage without any armor. I think that if Flint and steel were moved into solely tier two chests, the game would be a lot more enjoyable and fun.

I agree, it is much too powerful a weapon. To me it's like giving out iron swords in tier 1s. It used to be a special skill weapon that was mainly used mainly a certain few people, but too many fights have it now.

I think flint and steel is to common maybe a plugin for damage reduction for the ones and tier1s and no reduction for ones in tier2s.

That's not bad. A one use flint and steel in tier 1s and the typical flint and steel we have now for tier 2s. That would be better, but I still don't like them in tier 1s.

It's definitely becoming an issue. Every fight in the deathmatch becomes a matter of who can set the other on fire first. I'd like to discuss this with other staff if I get a chance.

I love flint and steel. I'll take it over an iron sword. The most I've ever had in my inventory was 18 flint and steels <3

I completely agree with all the feedback, and I like the idea of changing the value in a tier 1 chest of the flint and steel. Flint and steel in my opinion is over powered, as someone with nothing can almost kill someone with good armor and a sword.

Flint and Steel is "The Great Equalizer" as someone put it. I find it useful, and I don't see a problem. You see, 1 F&S is not enough. 5 uses is a little low, but if you have 3 in your inventory that can work much better!
