I'm not some volunteer that comes to your classroom to come educate you about bullying you but my end goal of this thread is just to say, think before you speak, words sometimes can hurt more than sticks and stones.

"Rhode Island's Japanese community"
"the scientific community"
"the minecraft community"
Community is a simple word. Very simple. Yet I don't think we fully take it seriously or understand it. We all have something in common here, we all play minecraft on this server or used to.com·mu·ni·ty

Recently in the past few months I have been noticing this a lot,(rather than ignoring it like a lot of people do) words are just thrown out. Mainly negative and not positive. I'm sure we all have heard, "If its not something you would say to your grandma, don't say it." Negative comments don't really help anyone at all because it just makes people feel bad about themselves.
Everyone here has to have at least been bullied(teased, left out, etc.)once or witness it happen. If not, I can't say your not normal because maybe your just homeschooled. All communities have this. Its usual to see it, and is very easy to stop, but yet it still happens. I even do it myself a lot. When I'm in the wrong mood, some things I write aren't that nice, but I do regret them later. We are all different. We have different lifestyles, some better than others, some worse. That doesn't make it alright to talk crap about someone else.
Another thing I wanted to mention is grace. Grace is forgiving someone for something even though they may not deserve it. I defiantly need to work on this. If we all made anew with our enemies and forgot the past, things would be a little bit smoother.
This community is already as corrupt as it needs to be let's fix this, after all we are all one big community.
