Hey guys, I really want to get fit and toned. I have a doctors appointent in a few months, and I really don't want them telling me i'm overweight. It will be so horrible. I need motivation!! If you could post some inspirational messages, that would be great.

Well, if you really feel bad about being overweight start doing cardio and watch after the amount of calories you eat a day. It might be boring/difficult to do so, but if you really want to make a change you'll have to work for it.

You can do it! Just head to the gym every other day and with the correct excises you can have the body you want. Just remember, everyone is great in there own way :joy: :joyful:

last year i was so fat but i went to the gym for 1 year and now i'm slim :thumbsup: (y)

Count how many calories you eat per day and try to lower them. For an example:

If you eat 2000 calories a day eat 1500 to lose weight. Do cardio atleast 3-4 times a week (I recommend HIIT Cardio). Don't try to have a cheat day, just simply forget about the fast food, soda, sugar stuff etc. Eat around 20% of protein, 20% of carbo-hydrates and eat a ton of lean meat that doesn't have too much fat.

Also, try to stay away from bread, any type of juice and white rice. I prefer brown rice and it gives you faster and better results, also drink tons of water.
