Fast scrolling?

For me,I am OK in pvp.I can kill 3 team easy but sometimes I fail while switching secondary items.

I have mouse with programable buttons but I can't get on it.
I am changing my hotbars with keyboard,but its hard sometimes.

How do you change from sword to frod or fns?
Any faster solution?

I just use the 1234 buttons on my keyboard...

I hotkey everytime. xD I'm more of a Soup / Pot Player (I was #1 at IronSoup on BadLion), so I can even hotkey to 8.

I hotkey to second slot for my rod and I use scroll for flint and steel but just use whatever is good for you.
