The Toggle Sneak Debate and Why it Should be Allowed

As many of us know there is a mod called toggle sneak where you press a button to sprint, instead of holding your sprint key down the whole time, many other pvp servers have alllowed the mod such as badlion and kohi. It gives no advantages, it doesnt make u sprint faster, or give you less kb or better hits.

It is the exact same thing as the sprint key, then why would people want to use this mod if it replicates in ingame feature u ask?

It does get quite annoying having to hold down a key everytime you want to play, and this mod fixes it.

Mods say this mod should not be allowed because it gives an advantage. It does not give an advantage at all as I have previously said..

The staff also say it gives an advantage over people who have sprinting issues, there hasnt been anyone with sprinting issues since double tap days.

This seems a little reverse, if they allow the mod these people with their "sprinting issues" will have their issue fixed.

And since the mojang sprint key and toggle sneak are basically the same thing, that would mean that the staff are saying binding a sprint key in minecraft is an unfair advantage, even though that is obviously allowed, so why not allow toggle sneak?

Not to mention there is actually no way to tell if someone is using it so it's not like you can ban people for it unless they record themselves.

It still doesn't give you an advantage over others when you pvp. You can press every button you need to while holding down sprint unless you're using macros or some bs.

Also worth mentioning if it was permitted in the rules it wouldn't be an unfair advantage because everyone does have access to it. It's a free mod. It's easy to install. There's no reason anyone can say that they're at a disadvantage because someone had toggle sneak and they didn't because they can just go download it themselves.

I use the button on my mouse so it doesnt affect me, is like I have the mod
