So here's the thing with good ping. The thing that judges whether good ping is good is how low or how FAST your ping is. For instance People with good ping would likely have 50- less People with "bad" ping would probably be 150+. BUT, bad ping isn't necessarily bad, the reason why is because! (Listing facts for good ping and bad)
Good Ping Facts:
-Good ping means that things go faster making it harder to aim. (in a way.)
-Hit boxes Move much faster when you have Great Ping
- You will appear in a different location for different players if you have good ping. (and if they have bad ping)
"Bad" Ping:
-Hit boxes are much slower and easier to hit, hence why if you have slightly worse ping than someone else you can still hit as well as they can.
- Its easier to aim at players with a bow when you have somewhat higher ping, as it is easier to shoot with delay.
-Player models will stay in certain positions for longer periods of time, making it easier to get combos.

PS: This is all from my experience in playing on servers and transitioning from one to another. I wanted to go more in-depth about double hits but I sadly have no good info to back me up with that part, as someone could just have a certain FOV.
