Effort put in from MCGamer staff

The Staff get a lot of criticism for "not doing their job" and "not banning enough hackers" but you have to realise, they are doing the best they can. The stream of hackers will never end and the staff are doing a great job. They are stemming the flow of incoming hackers on MCSG tremendously and are making a huge effort to stop these cheaters from effecting gameplay. So before you say that the staff are not doing their job. Check the facts and you'll notice how much effort all the staff members put in.

Thank you so much for this appreciation, we love seeing threads made like this because it makes us feel like we are actually making a difference in the communities eyes.

We want the best for the servers and we want to help make game play better for you guys so we put our time and efforts into helping rid the server of rule breakers.
I think people forget that us staff are here voluntarily, we choose to spend time helping you guys, we don't HAVE to be here.
I think the staff here are absolutely amazing at what they do and deserve a lot more appreciation c:

See the majority of the staff do there job, but theres that 1 mod or couple that don't poke you back when you report a hacker. That's my experience, and it's a shame because it makes the whole staff team look bad, which it isn't.

Sadly some people appreciate the staff and some don't. I put it down to ignorance.... people expecting staff to do the impossible and do it instantly >.< It's not an easy job and I commend the staff that donate their OWN time to the server with the purpose of making it a better place for all. Giv'em all a break and say thanks, doesn't take much effort and I am sure it is appreciated.

Sometimes they are afk and forgot to move. Or are just busy and didn't see it. If they respond and then don't help or ignore you that's a bigger problem. Regardless, if you feel that a staff member is not doing their job report them to a Sr Staff member.

They might just be AFK, but if they aren't, that's just something that should be reported. I know sometimes I mistakenly AFK in mod chats with my speakers muted. I'll come back to my computer and see that I was poked once or twice then feel really bad ;-;

I appreciate this thread, and so does the rest of the staff team. We take a lot of crap, and things like this are just really nice to hear. Also, I'm sure that a lot more people will love us with this new update

We have to realize that the staff are normal people too, if we get past that fact, then we can appreciate them for who they are and what they are able to do, not what they should have to do.
