Removed maps

I was wondering what were all of the removed maps?
Here are the ones I know of:
-Insanity Cause
- Frozen Breeze
- Wyverns Wake

Here are a few maps that I can describe but can't name.
- Something about yellowstone, really old map, v1 days.
- One of the first community maps released, 2012, jungle, it had a run down dam in it I think.
- Had a giant mockingjay outside of the map, around the 10th map ever released, waterfalls going up to spawn.
- Moonlight lake? Had lillypads going to corn, one giant lake surrounding the map.

There are more and it would be cool if we figure them all out

Quick note: Does anyone have the download link to the halloween lobby for 2013, with the awesome parkour?

Eye of Horus was my favorite map that got removed

Freeze Island
Rugged Lands
Vida Cova - That's the waterfall on you were talking about
Kharatoum? - its the one with the huge pyramid
Winds of Change

All those ones that have been revamped (old solar frost, treacherous heights v1, icaurus, moonbase 9, castle dracula etc)
