Then you can beat a clan and win back 36 elo. The system rewards clans that do well, as opposed to the old system, where all it took to get #2 was not disband for a month.

Take the elo system away and bring back the old LeaderBoards.

P.S. For the people that are complaining about the ELO system, there are a bunch of positives and negatives for both ways and we feel that the positives for the ELO system outweigh the positives for the old ranking system.
