South American Server Idea

He gets 30-60.
Anyway, I don't think this is necessary at all. Plenty of people play MCSG with crap ping, I can get 100 or so and some people get 600 but carry on. Honestly, just toughen up.

The region isn't big enough or far enough away from the US region to be its own.

This might be a little late response to your argument but CA has its own server and that isn't far away from the US host either.

Yeah but that's mostly because of internet, this would make there experience more fun on MCSG, so what if an occasional person that lives in the US gets 600 ping to the US servers, this is a large group of people all getting bad ping because they don't have a host close to them what so ever.

If someone that lives in US gets 600 ping that's not because of their location, it's their internet....
Also, half of the US servers are hosted in Phoenix, Arizona and half are hosted in Virginia, so most people should get decent connection.

I live in colombia too and i have about 700 wins, its not that easy to win when getting a 3 bar everyday but youc. An still manage to do it. This would be a great idea for people in south america but i think it will never happen

This might be a little late response to your argument but CA has its own server and that isn't far away from the US host either.

CA isn't very populated though, most of the players are US players on the east coast looking for games where they can tryhard with good ping

Eh, I have mixed feelings about a South American server, it will surely be great for there to one but it could also cause things outside of the players view, by that I mean the money. If the servers doesn't go all to great because of the lack of premiums and players then it will obviously shut down and it will be a lost of money. Also, I don't think you get the worse of all ping to the US servers. I think if you really want a South American sever then go ahead and grab a nice amount of people that will be willing to play there and that are actually from there, show that there's actually a population from South America.

EXACTLY! I've a lot of friends of differents countries in SA , argentina, brazil, venezuela, uruguay, paraguay, peru, etc. We have 230 - 300ms and more. We want play with decent ping, we can't give hits and doublehits, its impossible. I have a lot of friends of SA, we can buy donor to support the sv, but we need to know if chad host the sv in SA. We don't buy donors to play in US or CA with 300ms -.-

I mean it would be nice, but the South American player base isn't that big. I mean it really wouldn't even need 25 servers and I feel as if it would be even more dead than the CA servers. South Americans, from what I know, can still get decent enough ping to the US servers. Honestly it's just like a Spanyard playing on the Eu servers. They're far away, but it's not far as in to give them their own server

I live in the Caribbean.. That's Between North and South America. I get 200 ms ping to the U.S. servers. I can't imagine what South American players get.
