Then how are we supposed to get into the next division?

The point of the system was for ranking to accurately reflect the skill of clans, allowing great new clans to rise quickly, and preventing clans from holding a high spot simply by the virtue of not disbanding.

You can decline challenges, but it will count as a loss as far as the leaderboards are concerned, so there isn't much point in doing so.

Due to Valence disbanding, Olympians (The current #1 seed in Division II) has been moved to Division I.

Due to that move, and Eclipse disbanding, there are currently three openings for Division II clans. We will be looking at apps for these spots constantly, so if you want to join the leaderboards, please repost your application (besides Aura, we saw all 6 of your apps, and have taken them into consideration).
