Serious discussion here, completely separate from ascendancy and this thread but addressing your point:

Do you really think that contacting a clan in private will help in the slightest? If they've gone far enough to forge a fake win or refuse to put up a loss that they know happened, messaging them on skype saying "put up ur loss plz" is really not going to make them do it. Add that to the fact that, let's face it, staff have pretty much no power over clans (not insulting staff at all, it's rather that communities like EU are ridiculously difficult to moderate) and people don't really have much of a choice but to publicly talk to them.

This is true, the staff cannot force themselves on a community that has been self sufficient for such a long time, however we're simply trying to offer some way of enforcing order and assisting those in need of help on issues like clans posting fake losses, etc.

Contacting a clan in private won't do much, but contacting them on their thread will only anger the clan and make them less inclined to do so. I've been in multiple situations where I will be contacted by somebody who says a clan posted a fake loss and I did in fact deal with the situation and sort everything out.

I have been here since beta and have kept to myself for the past 2 or 3 months... I believe I was an extremely good PvPer and I am getting better. I like to believe I work very well with most people I meet and I am very friendly. I hate people who say "bow spammer noob". Finally, I love Hula Hoops.

Apparently next minecraft update allows you to change name anyways so I could also do that. But hey, I may or may not be balling at that stage.
