I bought premium denuevo that the above I canceled it and when I try to get me the message that I'm banned appears and throughout the Lapson that i was no premium is impossible for me to accede to the server

If I'm understanding this correctly, you bought donator and then cancelled the buy and were banned for chargeback? If this is the case, email [email protected] explaining your situation. In most cases, the only way to be unbanned from a chargeback offense is to pay off the money that you took back.

Look what happened was that a friend would pay desban with your account and not because I got to give me donator or whatever
I no page donator and less how to do it
