Forgotten were unopposed for the majority of the time that they were a clan, people still played though. Someone will come along and beat rebels in a clan battle, as it happens from time to time. Being at the top becomes boring (fgt).

...? why you being all upset before anything happens?

I don't necessarily agree that USCL has affected clans all that much. I feel like we actually battle a lot more now, compared to before when it was only challenge-based. It does take a while to get to the top, but good clans get up there relatively quick. There were only a couple clans back in the day, and now there are a lot more. So in some ways, clans are more alive than dead now. A good clan isn't only good pvp wise, they should also have the dedication and discipline to stay alive and active during the time it takes to get there, IMO.

You say there are no clans that are a match for Rebels (or at least no one who cares)? I think Redemption cares, and if they are not a match for Rebels now, I believe we will be. Now, on the topic on Legacy and Triton. I honestly think Rebels is better, but both are strong clans. I think they do care, but Triton has had a history of disbanding quite a bit. There will be a bit more rivalry when Rebels, Legacy, Redemption, Triton, and Trauma are all near the top (assuming they don't disband) but I know what you mean. Being at the top of the leaderboards doesn't mean as much as it used to. Where's Forgotten, Elevate, Valor, Beginning, Exodus, Vortex, Trivium, and Eternity? Eternity is at the bottom right now and moving up takes a while. Protocol isn't even in leaderboards. However, both Legacy and Redemption have moved up 20 spots, so that counts for something.

Honestly, I think this thread is just trying to emphasize Rivals, and this msg I am writing is from a person who knows you were stealthjet, GetHoundoomed
Protocol left the leaderboards because we want to completely tryhard clan wars and not have uscl battles get in our way :)

Clans aren't dead. What happened was a few months ago, all of the top clans in uscl were within the top 10, and had to be active to stay there, or get a better ranking, so all of the clans were active. Now all of the top clans are spread out in the uscl and they're battling "Randy clans" to get to the top (Note that the "Randy clans" don't give the top clans a good fight whatsoever, causing people to go inactive because of the major skill difference, and the un-needed practice). Once the top clans get to the top of the uscl clans will be much more active to maintain the rank on the uscl.

In my honest opinion, I agree with you on some points. Rebels, Triton and Legacy are the top 3 clans for sure. But I feel since MCGamer has taken a stand on clan battle rules along with other things, it has screwed clans over to the point of it not even being fun anymore.

Well in order for a clan to be successful, they need to have good active members that genuinely enjoy playing minecraft actively, and that's hard to come by, the reason Rebels goes unopposed for the most part is because you guys have that, while many clans have half of said requirements and other clans only have a third of those needs. My point is there may be a "lively" clan scene judging by the amount of clans, but when it comes down to it, all but few clans lack what it takes to be successful, and the clans that have the means to be successful play CSGO or LoL or some other game that is more significant, putting minecraft in the back of the line, only being in clans so they have something to do most of the time if they get banned from CSGO or something. The fact is, the active clans lack good pvp, the clans that have good pvp lack activity and they don't care about minecraft.

You can play CSGO and be very ready for clan battles at the same time.
