I really would like to thank you for this and i sincerely apologize for my clan flaming on the thread. This is a good decision because is satisfies both clans. I will ask all my members to record the battle just incase something comes up about them hacking. Thanks again - Defresa

No I am the only Trivium EU Member in staff and I did not vote on the standing of the Trivium battle.

ChrisComedies is the only member in EU Trivium; AuroraV2 (who isn't even a ref, but was spectating the battles as a Temporary Referee) is in Phoenix EU, I believe, and I'm in Emperors EU. We rendered Chris' vote null, due to the fact that it may be biased. The staff votes that were counted were from everybody else besides Chris, to eliminate any possible bias. It looked like hacks to us at first, until the video that Austin_HG and Ryska kindly provided us, which made us realize the ping difference could've explained it.

These videos also helped us rethink Protocol's battle, and Mint_Sib's evidence was then reconsidered and declared as legitimate, due to the possible delay in hits. JusticeGod's evidence looked suspicious at first, but it wasn't sufficient evidence for hacks.

You're welcome for explanations, hope that clears everything up. Please stop the flame.
