Ryska is easily the most legitimate player I have ever met. These screenshots are delayed points in the video.
If you watch it back, he gets one hit (http://prntscr.com/5h37hj), then hits up and around, anticipating an upward knock back. He doesn't get any hits then.
He looks back down and hits robbie against the truck, then I get a hit.
He wasn't hacking.

I almost want to agree with you but the fact that his hits looked suspicious on multiple occasions. It's more than "delay" when his heads snaps on someone from behind.

Watch the whole video though, he never looked suspicious, and his head never snapped onto anyone, it just snapped straight up. Pretty bad client if it locks onto empty space instead of a player..?
