As the the post says, there is no estimated time right now. Tests still need to be done on the stability of the system.

All reset statistics or no? I would not want to, because I have more than 1000+ wins :/

No, you will have your new statistics after the update in game. However, you will be able to also view your old statistics before the update as well as an overall leaderboard with both statistics combined.
