Welp. One whole year on the MCGamer forums. What a journey.
When I first started out on the MCGamer forums on this day last year, I never expected to even be on here for about a total month. I first made my forum account to apply for a clan, I ended up leaving that clan about a couple weeks later. I started applying for other clans and leaving and joining other ones, sometimes getting denied. After I realized that I didn't just want to use my forum account for just a sole purpose of joining clans, I wanted to start getting active on the forums and seeing the other side of the MCGamer community. I used to start seeing forumers that I used to look up to such as BlueHeron and Tree_TheBigKind . I saw that he had a lot of posts and I wanted to be active and rack up a ton of posts like them. I started racking up posts like crazy and everytime I hit another 100 posts, I would always go onto Tree_TheBigKind 's wall and tell him that I had hit another 100 posts. Around 400-500 so posts, I started getting really demotivated from the forums and just didn't want to post anything. Forumers that have been on here for a lot shorter time period were starting to pass me. I noticed this and just didn't really do anything about it, I had came from being on the forums every single second, to being on the forums once a day, then to once a week. At last, I had hit about 600 posts, it took me about a month or so after I got 500 posts. I was still incredibly inactive on the forums, but I was improving, I was on once a day at least trying to get at least 5 posts a week. Surprising to me at the time, I had actually surprised myself and got that goal for about 3 weeks straight. Sooner then I knew, I was at 700 posts. I was starting to set a goal for myself for about 10 posts a week, I actually accomplished that goal. When I had hit 800 posts about 2 weeks after I accomplished 700 posts, I was starting to finally be active, getting 20 to 30, on some days, even 60 posts a day! I was finally being active again for not being active for about 2 months. About 2 days later, I was officially at 900 posts. I was 100 posts away from the big 1,000 posts. This was extremely amazing, I loved being active on the forums. On the 13th of October, I had hit 1,000 posts on the MCGamer forums, I had made a thread explaining my journey. I had felt so accomplished and proud of myself for reaching 1,000 posts, I was starting to get noticed on the forums, I had made friends with Mooclan Turtle and many others. I racked up about another 200 posts, 1,200 posts. I was extremely satisfied with how my posts were turning out and how I came from being incredibly inactive to being actually making decent posts and putting some thought into them.
