Our devs did an amazing job last night working hard getting everything online but now it's the community's turn to help out! Obviously for any update as big as this, we expect some new bugs/issues the first day and need your help reporting them to us to fix. These interruptions will be temporary and our goal is to get everything stable and 100% by the weekend. We have an issue tracker here for known issues/bugs if you want to help us report or see what issues we are working on:
https://github.com/MCGamerNetwork/Issues/issues
Thanks for hanging in there and helping us get to 100% after this major update.
Update: Some players are confused if we changed our MCSG gametype. This is false as we modified how to get into a game rather than the game itself. Only thing we changed was any new network features we added and new maps to the gametype. Voting was modified to not be raffle anymore based on popular demand.
Update 2: Somehow the MCSG servers are not showing the new maps, it's a bug and will be fixed. Will modify this message when all new map changes outlined in this thread are done: http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/threads/sg-map-update-fixes-removals-and-new-additions.148292/
Update 3: We will be modifying the sign system to display more lobbies. Can agree it's confusing as instead of putting all of the servers on the wall, we only now show servers that are in lobby unless you direct join a live game. The numbering system reflects the "ID" of the dynamic server that was turned on to play SG. We still have the same number of servers + more if more servers get added.
Update 4: We taken down the servers to apply fixes and address the bugs that just were reported. Thank you everyone for helping us test as we will get this ironed out soon. We will update this thread with everything and our progress.
Update 5 10:34 AM PST: Team is now working hard getting the network back online now. We understand that people are frustrated with this launch, trust me we all are. Instead of complaining, help us out by reporting any issues here so we can get everything back up as fast as possible. Within the hour, we are also reduing the sign layout to make it more like V1 to avoid confusion. More updates soon as we start bringing everything back online.
