my rank does not go down after having won 10 arenas, why this happens?

En Mi anterior cuenta tampoco bajaba el rango y habia ganado como 25 arenas y seguia en el 180.000

Seeing as Spanish is your native language, I don't necessarily expect you to understand this, so maybe someone could help me out in getting a more direct message to him, but it seems that you find that your ingame rank does not go up after winning games? And did that accidentally translate into ping? Or am I just dumb..

Anyway, if that your problem pertains to not ranking up after winning games, that has been an issue on our network for quite some time now, sadly the leaderboards are frozen. With new updates coming around, however, things like this will be fixed in due time

I know things like what he said may not make perfect sense, but it's very hard to make sense in another language you don't speak.

Entonces no es nada que ver con el "PING" es el "RANK"...
Lo que pasa es que, para poder llegar a rangos mayores o poder subir de rango... es que ganes muchas arenas diarias... o ganes 100 etc. Para que subas con rango ya que 25 wins son de un nub.
