This is Halloween,
When the spiders spin their web,
And the zombies rise.
You can't run away,
From the threads that follow you,
"Halloween, give chase!"
Some may try to fight,
But there are none who can stand,
Against the onslaught.
This is Halloween,
When the tide will rise and ebb,
And hearts are like ice.
Lightly, leaves will sway,
Slightly, blue will fade to grey,
And night falls quickly.
Refill! Time to run,
Or someone else might get loot,
How could you forget?
Footsteps approach you,
But you do not notice them,
And so, the game ends.
Quick! I have four minutes to write what this poem means before I go to school >_>
Notice how Spiders and Zombies are both Minecraft-related Mobs
The web will come into play in the second section.
This section sets the stage.
Now, the web becomes used. The "Threads" that follow you? Those could be either from the spiders... or from the forums! I originally had it written as, "Forumers, give chase!"
Harcore gamemode, eh?
Or perhaps, it could be interpreted as a clan...
Icy hearts - backstabbing and betrayal?
jefeperro, anyone?
Halloween focuses around night-time, when the moon is usually out, causing higher tides.
Shaders mod -> Leaves sway
At nighttime, in Minecraft, a blue sky fades to grey, and then black.
In MCSG, some time during the night (17:00) is when sponsors refill the chests.
Many people target the Cornucopia to secure the win.
If you're in the chests and getting loot, sometimes people can sneak up behind you...
and I'll leave to your imagination what happens.
Edit: I count this as a single poem, made of multiple haikus. If you can only accept one of the six... well, idk.
