1. All the powers in the Marvel Universe. (e.g enhanced durability, superhuman intelligence, immortality, flight and space travel, underwater breathing, super strength, telekenisis and other having to do with the mind)
2. Unlimited Money (For spending, a ton of donating, helping out, and stuff.)
3. Restore the Earth, get rid of the pollution, clean it up and preserve it for another billion years. Not to mention longer living family and friends with the clean water and air.
