Please don't take this criticism harshly, but this is very bland. If you want a chance at maybe getting this accepted, then you need to put a lot more effort into this map. Try detailing the buildings more and make the structures on hills and not floating (which is unrealistic, as they would sink). Add some more terraforming as well, and make this map appealing to the eye.
