EU Servers down due to hardware issues

We are now troubleshooting with the hosting company as we might have a hardware issue with the server. Only EU is effected right now and we are working on bringing everything back up shortly. Give us some time to figure out whats going on and will update this thread as we check it out.

Update: EU seems to be stable now but still no fix. This might happen again but we are still looking into the issue. As for the new maps, we are testing new maps on US1-13 only right now to make sure everything is stable. We will push out the new maps to the rest of the servers tomorrow once we know everything is good.

No, the data is safe and points are OK. Just something is causing the server to restart constantly

Hey Chad, I'm sure you get asked this all the time but..
Any idea of when the total kill/killstreak will be fixed? Still says I've only killed 6 people from 92 wins lol
If it does get fixed would all those kills update or would mine just start from 6?

This is one of those bugs we still have no idea why its not reporting correctly, but we are getting more clues on solving it based on peoples findings. Give it time, we will have fixes.

This is happening to me as well. It says my killstreak is only 1 when i've killed like 4 people in a row.

Hi Chad. As you would've seen, on the map Taweran there is a massive bug. At the start of the match, in the Cornucopia stands where you spawn, when the countdown is finished, the sticky piston block doesn't activate, leaving you stranded in the Cornucopia stand. I just wanted to re-notify you of this bug even though you saw it on the server. Thank you. Good luck squashing the bug XD.
