[Suggestion] Allowing Alternate Accounts for Banned Users

This 'Idea' should have ended as soon as Krypton said 'No'. The MCGamer Network will NEVER allow a player to have an alternate account after being perma-banned, as we do have a rule set in place for reason. If a staff member permanently bans a player for hacking, they should obviously never be allowed to join the MCGamer Network again, as we take hacking serious as it makes the game unfair for other members of the community.

But did you think that sometimes, people and staff make mistakes and I think people should be able to have another chance.

We do give everyone multiple chances. They get 2 for hacking, which is more than enough to get the message through. Also, for abuse, swearing, etc. They get MULTIPLE chances, but yet people still get to their final chance and get perm banned. They're most likely to do it again. Regarding the monetary loss for players being banned, I see multiple donors everyday get banned for plenty of reasons. Right there they lost $75 through their neglegence of the rules.

I have never banned, however, it takes some people, a while to come to the realization, what they are doing is wrong. Also everyone once in there life has done some thing wrong and wishes, they could fix it, and they try to do everything in their power to fix it. Donors have nothing to do with discussion, all I was doing was comparing the advantages. I never once said donors should have more chances..

If people are banned, they either wait out their ban or play on an alternate account. People who are impatient will get onto an alt and get themselves into more trouble. It simply says either you're there to annoy people and be irritating or you're just impatient. Good people will just wait it out, or realise (if it's permanent) that they did something wrong and will move on to another thing, such as a different game, another server and so on. Permanently banned players a majority of the time will have an alternate account and will continue playing until they soon enough get banned again and again etc.

On the other mc servers that do allow alts, the people permbanned for hacking usually still use hacks on this new account, so id say no. But mabey for swearing or spamming (If u even can be perm banned for that) idk just my thoughts.

With that logic, Donor gives an unfair advantage, because donors have more votes and can vote for the maps, that they know better.

"With that logic, Donors have an unfair advantage because they have more votes." The extra votes donors have are not an ingame advantage. It just helps them get to play the map they want. They paid for this advantage as well, they didnt download it.

Thats what the 2 temp bans before the perma ban is for. Second and third chances. You would have to be an idiot not to heed those bans.

This system is essentially already in place, if anyone gets banned on AU that is popular they come back on alts, lol.

Yeah, it's true, I mean I think the reason people hacked in the first place was, well I mean I swear, when I die in sg IMO it's at least 85% of the time I play I die to hackers, so permabanned players usually toggle against other hackers, I don't think they try to ruin everyone's day and stuff, they just want to win! But people who get banned for hacking usually don't hack again!

Umm... No. Most hackers don't want to win. They want to ruin people's day.
Edit: They do want to win, but their main goal is to "troll" people and make them rage.

No. As a former hacker, the main point is just having fun. Once I took competition and community into mind I stopped. But I'm banned on many servers for hacking and I never saw what bad was exactly being done by me hacking until I found the community, and the competitive aspect of the game.

Edit: hackers also never have ruined my day personally. Maybe made me lose a few games but that's it.

I recently made a thread about unbanning permabanned players to give them a chance and let them prove to the community,no one liked the idea and thread got locked due to flame anyways this thread is practically what i said(close) but explained better.njce thread Luci I fully support what your saying .

I don't think that would work because there is no monetary punishment.
