I agree with completely in the context of LadyOfLove... However, I would like to comment here...

Whenever MCGamer sees someone who posted a thread about whats wrong in MCSG, staff, staff being corrupt, why do they get perma-banned? —People are even scared and know what would happen to them if they posted their opinion...

How if they have a completely clean profile they get automatically perma-banned?
—That something wrong... This guys don't get a chance. How is giving your opinion is wrong? —Thus, staff saying this isn't true, I'm rather sure partially is it.

What about perma-banned players for their IP being in a perma-banned account?
—I feel for those members, why are they automatically banned? Just because their IP is there doesn't means its the banned player. But, I mean if someone from Sweden logs in into an account from an american player and he gets perma-banned... MCGamer, its pretty obvious the user from Sweden isn't the owner of the account. In this players, there should really another chance as they didn't thought in 2-3 months they would get permabanned...

Thus, not all perma-banned players get unbanned, some might get to be. Cases as Zietra or Edog, they talked to staff and were given another opportunity.

If they were permabanned, they tend to have been given plenty of chances to change their behavior, with the exception being threatening to DDoS. You should never threaten to do something that is illegal, which DDoSing is.

If you know people in the clans community that using alts report them. I'm sure I know the people who you're talking and when I was staff every staff member is suppose to be watching out for them.
It's hard for us to know about their alts if we're not told.

So people have the misconception that if you speak your mind, you're banned. Uh, nope! The only people that have been banned for that are people who were 1)leaking sensitive information 2)spreading false information 3)attempting to spread rumours/slander or 4)just trying to cause drama.

If people believe that there are issues with the staff, and don't come to us; how are we supposed to know about the issues? I'm going to bring up OnlyMathias. His thread was intended to cause drama, and also contained both sensitive and false information. I can tell you as a fact that he never went to a senior staff member to tell them about any problems he had. He would never have been demoted, he would never have lost any chance at a promotion. We actually like people telling us about issues so that we can work on them. There's a difference between privately giving us your opinions, and attempting to cause community drama with your opinions.

There have been a few moderators who have had issues, and instead of making a forum thread, they privately came to us to talk about it. People have resigned due to false rumors being spread, and when they came to us to talk about it, they found out the truth, apologized for the misunderstanding, and actually came back to the staff team.

There are two sides to every story, and people tend to ignore the staff's side.

Okay, now I want an answer to my theory to IP banned players, and why can't they be unbanned?

How many staff do I know resigned for how terrible being a mod is?
I know of some friends who were staff, but stated their opinion and got demoted....
And how without a chance these players, e.g OnlyMathias are automatically banned? They might leaked information, still all members deserve one opportunity.

We don't IP ban players.

How many staff do I know resigned for how terrible being a mod is?
Have they brought up those reasons to the Sr. Staff?

Nobody has ever been demoted for stating their opinion.

It's just one of those things that people are permanently banned for. We're not going to give them two chances to cause trouble.

You were told when I was a Mod more than once in the Skype chats.

Nobody has ever been demoted for stating their opinion.
However you do judge them and think less of them if it's not the opinion you would like to hear. Not saying all of you do it, but most do.

Part of the problem is that rather than giving your side of the story, you simply perma-ban the complainer and that's that. I've yet to ever see a proper thread from a member of Sr. Staff discussing/acknowledging these issues, and giving all the facts. If you don't discuss things with the community, they will automatically take the side of the one who did make posts and bring information (whether or not it is false) to the community.

Look, it's not as though we permanently ban them straight away for hacking. We give them a chance. Now, if they were supposedly going to change, they should do that after being banned for 7 days. Everyone deserves a second chance, not three.
I've heard of several cases where players were perma-banned with no 7-day ban prior to that.
