Should I make a clan when I get more popular?

Hmmm. I don't think you should make a clan based on how popular you are. Rather, it should be based on your leadership skills, how many dedicated friends you have that can (or would be willing to) join the clan, and how good you are at MCSG. The latter doesn't matter AS much, but is still important, as you can train to get better, and training with a clan is very good.
Also, will you be dedicated to the clan? Do you have the will and strength and perseverance to run a clan for a good few months, if not more? How will you handle various situations?

Basically what everyone else is saying. If you're a good leader and want to start a clan, go for it.
