Anyone who makes good skins?

So, i'd like someone to make a skin for me, I need a shaded one obviously, and I would like some creature or some animal. Not a human. I would also like it to be Red and white! So yeah! Thank you for your time if you are making anything.

PixelPancake makes really good skins for only .99 cents. I think he's the Max you're talking about, because MaxyPie doesn't make skins either >.<

Cooper (cscoop) makes great skins, but I don't think he does them by request anymore.
