Youtube Channel

Heya all, mah friends opened up a youtube channel and later on invited me to join , and we were taking it lightly and stuff uploading for fun, and we got a partnership request from TGN, and things started getting a little more serious. I made a custom banner, made some thumbnails did some stuff, but I feel I can improve but I dont quite know where. Can you guys give me some ideas for my channel, maybe some pointers? I checked a few of your videos and perhaps you should have a better intro or without a intro and only a outro.
The second thing is your guys' microphone quality... It isn't good, it really isn't. If you want to do YouTube seriously you need a good microphone, perhaps a Blue Yeti?
And perhaps change your YouTube profile picture to something better and more serious?
This is all just my opinion and a tip.

Your channel looks pretty cool! However, I agree with what they've said about your mics and your channel picture/banner.

Since this isn't technically technical support regarding MCSG, I feel that this is more suited towards the Community Corner.

Moved to Community Corner. It's better of in here. And if I can give you a tip, it looks like some of your videos have no or not a very well made thumbnail. Thumbnails are very important when it comes to attracting people to watch your videos, I would work on that if I were you. But your channel look pretty good overall!

ik ik, but those videos were before we got a partner ship thats what i meant by getting more serious. I got a headset and I know that kinda chiz, and also im planning to upload at least 1 vid a day now any other tips?

Moved to Community Corner. It's better of in here. And if I can give you a tip, it looks like some of your videos have no or not a very well made thumbnail. Thumbnails are very important when it comes to attracting people to watch your videos, I would work on that if I were you. But your channel look pretty good overall!

DO NOT GO WITH A NETWORK. What they do is criminal and very misleading, all they do is suck your revenue. Anyone can make money on youtube, as you no longer need a partnership. It is a common misconception, and they often do little to market your channel. You already have 1k subs, so your videos will be higher in the youtube search results already, so marketing won't be too much of an issue. You can also market your channel on your own, by putting things like your videos in your signature. All the networks do is take a portion of your money. If you don't believe me watch this (skip to 26:29). If you don't know who this is, it is Generikb, and he has 570k subs.
