Where to report hackers?

Hello, I have proof of someone hacking, but I can't seem to find where to report them. I have tried the following link, http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/forums/report-abuse/ , but it says "error". I have looked very hard and I am wondering if I have missed where to report. Any help would be very appreciated. Thanks
