I'm building a map, currently, and I was wondering if I have to signify if the chests are a certain tier? If so, how?

Well I think you put a specific item in there when me and my friends made a map we put signs in the center of the chest

I think you can if you want to, just with a sign on it. If there's nothing, the devs decide.
