What to do with your diamonds

Hello everyone and welcome to the thread "What to do with your diamonds"! Basically in this thread I am going to tell you different situations and what kind of diamond tool/armor you should make.


Situation One
You are in a game with full iron and a stone sword. Good news is you have 7 diamonds and you go make a diamond sword with a remaining 5 diamonds so you make a diamond helmet. Was this the right thing to do?

A: No this is not the right decision. If you know how to use a stone sword (getting crits) then keep that stone sword, hunt down one more diamond and make that chestplate! People will be so intimated and therefore will not fight you until forced in DM.

Situation Two
You are once again in full iron but this time up against a two team with full iron and both with diamond swords. You unfortunately have a stone sword but with 5 diamonds you go craft the diamond sword. Good idea or bad idea?

A: Good idea. While fighting a two team and with 5 diamonds don't make a diamond helmet. The team will just target you for longer and diamond helmets don't have a big difference from iron helmets. Diamond swords are really over powered and give you a better chance of killing the team

Situation Three
You and a friend are playing in a game with four people left. There are two more people you need to find and you have 3 diamonds. Iron sword in your hotbar, you suggest you should make a diamond pickaxe. Your friend thinks its funny and a good idea so you go ahead and make it. Funny idea or a stupid idea?

A: This is really a trick question. Either way is the correct way depending how you look at it. Looking at it by being a funny idea is right because odds are your friend and you are going to win so why not make it anyways. Looking at it the stupid way is correct aswell because you never know what the other two people are looking like so if fighting a stacked guy a diamond sword would be better than an diamond pickaxe.

Sorry what you did with Situation One and Two is wrong, because the difference between diamond and iron leggings is the same as with diamond and iron helmet, half armor better.

You should've made a diamond sword in Situation One, because a diamond sword is one heart better than a stone sword. And if you are good with the sword, you will just kill your enemies quicker. And you could have made a diamond helmet after you made the sword, because the difference is same with helmet and leggings ALWAYS GO FOR A BETTER SWORD

I make diamond hoes then try to grow my wheat but sadly in the HG you can't grow wheat ;-;

Never make diamond helm. Same protection value as the dia boots but cost one more.
