ITS ILLEGAL DEAL WITH IT.

Oh sure, you can make your server, scan your users computer, have people realize what you are doing, get a nice and friendly call from your government, we can see what happens k? I'm getting tired of this. Its illegal, go call the government and find out yourself. I didnt hear some potato say it, I found it myself.

To the people who do know what they are looking for and find an actual hacker and take part in their ban, I commend you. You do a good job at it.

Now, you have done it.

Being a developer, I know the amount of stress the MCGamer developers are going through. You have no idea how hard it is to create an anticheat plugin. No idea. Its illegal to go into the player's .minecraft and check for hacks. To check for hacks (lets say speed/boost hacks). For every movement a player does you have to check the speed, if the speed is faster then 10block/second, get the name, kick the player, record the kick in the ban/kick tracker blah blah blah. That code alone would be buggy itself because what if you are hit forward and get boosted to the speed 10blocks/second? Oh, then you too would be kicked. Then we have to track how long they have been going that speed, height, location. That in itself would take days and longer to bug fix. It would take more time then it would save. I know that you didnt know this. 100%. Please realize how much time this would take, and how buggy it would be. Then we have you and the rest of the tributes who complain about the buggy-ness. IT IS JUST TOO MUCH WORK FOR THE TIME BEING SAVED. /rantoff

If you have a voluntary terms of service on the site that would be a prerequisite to be whitelist ex to the server you agree to mcgamer to verifying your mine craft client is not modified illegally... I don't see how that is illegal... You could also make it specific for donors as a condition of the donation? Then have a few select hacker free servers that would probably entice many players to return

Do you know what a .minecraft contains? Your IP, Password, everything else. Scanning it shows all of that to MCGamer, which is not allowed as it is in the Mojang terms and services. Drop it. Its illegal. The developers/admins would have thought of this before, and why arent they doing it then, oh smart one?

Yes I am aware... That is why it would be voluntary to accept the potential mcgamer t.o.s
I just read the minecraft and mojang terms of service that you referenced... Nothing regarding validating a players client if they give you permission...
