SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE

I AM SO MAD I HAVE LOST OVER 1000 POINTS TO HACKERS,
there are never any staff on no way to report no point in playing anymore
There are too many hackers using kill aura aimbot speed hacks you name its someone in a game is using it
i want to be refunded my points as i am seriously mad as no one does anything and the anti-cheat (IF THERE EVEN IS ONE?????????????) needs to be improved

Okay first of all, staff is ALWAYS available from my experience. You might not see them in the hub all the time but that doesn't mean that they aren't there. They can simply be in a game spectating and recording someone who is breaking the rules at that time. So if you don't see them in one of the 8 hubs, I recommend you to download TeamSpeak 3 if you don't have it yet, connect to ts.mcgamer.net and poke a moderator asking them to help you record a hacker. Or you can go on the forums and send a PM to one of them, but for this problem TeamSpeak would be better as they will probably respond faster here than on the forums.

Secondly, no one does anything? You can take initiative yourself, record a video and report them here by following this template. Or you can just poke a moderator on the TS if you are unable to record and they will be more than willing to help you out.

Finally, my third point: The Xime Anti Cheat system does work. For the moment, it only prevents hackers using regeneration hacks but the developers are working hard to improve the system and to get rid of more types of hacks so until then, you will just have to bear with us. You don't see any regen hackers anymore now, do you? So you have to admit that the anti cheat system does work.

Nephilim beat me to it again, but I will reiterate a couple things I feel are most important.

• Firstly, the biggest person at fault here is you. You appear to be the god at finding hackers, as you so claim to have lost 1000 points (which is a fair few) you should do your part as a member of this community. Everytime I find a hacker I do not hesitate to hop on the teamspeak [ts.mcgamer.net] and speak to a mod. They are extremely helpful and will answer your call
• Secondly, every person will see a hacker. Everyone gets their turn to do their duty stated in part one. You coming on here and posting this useless thread stating something that Developers and Admins spend tireless days trying to fix, instead of reporting that hacker, shows that you really don't care about other people experiencing the annoyance you have. Before you post something like this, please take the time to think about what you could be doing instead

soo, okay, so the anitcheat doesn't work that great, if the staff are always on why do the players have to take responsibility for doing their job? Peop0le pay to have a fun time on the server not doing the jobs of staff...? Dont tell him to lock the tread who are you to say im done? No one. Im still not happy with how many points i have lost (due to people using killaura) then them being in the next game saying lol im going ot get you again.. What kind of message is this giving out people?

I doubt that last part has ever happened to you. However, staff cannot be everywhere at once and they ask that we the community help. Also this thread serves no purpose so it should be locked.

The anti cheat does work great, it is just not able to get rid of ALL the different types of hacks yet. Please, put yourself in the place of the developers, they are trying their best to improve the system but they have other work as well like fixing bugs and glitches. And just like the moderators, they are not some sort of robots that are constantly working 24/7, they are people too with their own personal lives and problems.

Players don't HAVE to take responsibility for doing their job. If you see a hacker or someone breaking the rules, it is your decision to wether or not report that player. The staff really appreciates your help it if you do so and if you don't, then so be it, it's your choice. I am sure someone else will report that player eventually, whether they record a video themselves or poke one of the moderators on TS.

If you care so much about points, tell me in which lobby you are and I will bounty you all the points that I have. The only thing that you have to do, is win the game. And if there would be a hacker, then I guarantee you that I will record and report them. You got killed by that hacker? Let's go into another game and we will try again until you get your points back and stop complaining about them here.

Do you see that same hacker again in the next lobby you join?

All you're doing is complaining and asking for the staff to do things you could lend a hand to. You have no idea what they do, please try to look into the problem before doing threads like this.

It's not that you're done complaining, we're done listening to you.

In the MCGamer community, points don't really matter. Wins do!

If you feel that there is a problem with the amount of hackers, help out the staff. We are busy enough as it is, so we'd greatly appreciate it if you recorded/screenshotted rule breakers and uploaded it to the report abuse section so that we can deal with the users at hand.

There will never be such things as "point refunds". The staff tries their best to keep the community safe.
