No, that is not the case. People often rage at others when they die, and they often shout out and accuse other people for using hacks when they don't. This has nothing to do with donators, as everyone does it. Laying the fault on the donators is wrong.

Not only donators, but normal players does this. Reporting hackers in MCSG is something you should do, so we can get rid of them once and for all. Maybe your friend really was hacking? The donators may have gotten solid proof and showed it to a mod, which resulted in your friend getting banned. I do not see any wrong in donators reporting hackers to a mod and teaming against other players. There are no laws against this.
Donators do act high and mighty sometimes though, but not everyone. Some of the immature ones. But even the non-donators acts a bit like "I AM ZO MUCH BETTER THAN YOU" at times, but you should just tell them instead of making a pointless thread at the forums. What do you want to happen to those donators? Do you want them banned?

You should make sure your friend posted the ban dispute in the right section, and then ask him to try again. That is the only thing he can do.
