So Much Lag!!!

It would be great if you guys could fix the ridiculous amounts of lag! Whenever I get hit it rubberbands me back to the person hitting me, that counts for about half of my deaths. And every couple of games there's lag to the point everyone is frozen. Hope you can fix it soon thanks.
